• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and therapy goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to each client's unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to create rapport and trust with clients, encouraging openness and engagement during sessions.

• A willingness to seek consultation and refer clients to other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care.

• Prior experience in a clinical counseling setting, particularly within the community health sector, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, and adults across various cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
