Role: Direct Sales Agent- REMOTE Pay: $23.13/hr Base Pay + Commission
•Medical Sale: $15 per sale
•Dental Sale: $10 per sale
•Vision Sale: $5 per sale
•Bonus payout at the end of the contract
Assignment: August 24, 2026 – January 15, 2027
•Potential Temp-to-Hire opportunity based on business needs and position availability
Location: Primarily Remote (Work From Home)
•Must be available to report onsite for onboarding, training, or as requested by leadership in Mason, OH
Schedule:
•8-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
•Available schedules include:
o10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
o10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
o11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
o11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
What you'll do:
•Sell Individual, Medicare, and CarelonRx (ZipDrug) products over the phone.
•Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
•Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products.
•Provide quotes, product information, and benefit explanations.
•Maintain accurate documentation and update customer records in CRM systems.
•Manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle.
•Follow up with prospective customers to close sales opportunities.
•Stay current on products, services, and competitive offerings.
•Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance requirements.
Requirements:
•Active Resident Health Insurance License REQUIRED.
•Fingerprinting may be required in select states.
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses.
•Candidates selling Medical, Dental, and Life products must maintain the appropriate Department of Insurance licenses.
•Previous experience in Sales preferred.
•Previous Call Center experience preferred.
•Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
•Must be available to work assigned Eastern Time schedules.
