Purpose of Position
The International Trip Review Specialist works from Owner inquiry, booking, and through flight execution to identify and mitigate potential service issues. This is accomplished by recommending options that are customized to the Owner's preferences and context of flight. The International Trip Review Specialist collaborates extensively with other
The International Trip Review Specialist supports Owner trips from inquiry through execution, identifying and mitigating service issues by recommending options tailored to Owner preferences and flight context. The role collaborates with internal teams-including Scheduling, Flight Operations, and Legal-as well as external partners like U.S. CBP, foreign authorities, and vendors to ensure timely, effective logistics.
Responsibilities include providing expert trip reviews, cost estimates, and basic flight test plans to secure permits and airport slots. The Specialist also participates in Owner Services and Sales calls as a subject matter expert.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Complete thorough trip reviews of international flight reservations to evaluate any factor that my prevent the flight from meeting the Owner's service expectations. Provide mitigation options for all potential issues to prevent or minimize deviation from the planned flight schedule.
Comply with all regulatory agencies that cover over 150 countries that include U.S. Customs and Border Protection, FAA, CDC, EPA, Foreign Civil Authorities, and International governing bodies.
Identify and execute logistical arrangements that require advanced planning. Provide assistance to International Trip Planners as required.
Through a comprehensive understanding of the NetJets sales products, provide international estimates for Owner trip reservations or inquiries. Act as a company-wide subject matter expert on Owner Products international fees, and the ferry waiver program.
Point of contact and subject matter expert for potential and current Owner inquiries and scenario reviews. Responsible for collaboration with all necessary flight center teams including Dispatch, Meteorology, Scheduling, Owner Services, Flight Operations, Flight Mission Delivery, Aircraft Industries, NetJets Europe operational teams, Executive Jet Management, and external vendors and partners.
