Do you love talking to people and selling a product you believe in? We're growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you're looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today!
Responsibilities
• Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments, and ensuring the appointments take place
• Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Qualifications
• A licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Tenacious desire to succeed
• Enjoys team collaboration
