Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual and group counseling sessions, scheduled to meet the needs of your clients effectively.
  • Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to better understand client backgrounds and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with patients to establish, review, and modify treatment plans regularly, ensuring they align with patient goals.
  • Develop comprehensive aftercare and discharge plans to help patients maintain progress beyond therapy.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring all treatments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor, contributing to a smooth and supportive treatment environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals dealing with chemical dependence, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families, ensuring that services are tailored to their unique needs and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
  • Experience in marriage and family therapy is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a team-oriented framework.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
