• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients using a secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans by assessing individual client needs through comprehensive intake evaluations and continuous feedback.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making appropriate adjustments to treatment strategies based on changes in their mental health status.
• Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care.
• Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring high-quality service delivery in every interaction.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our clientele includes individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life situations, all seeking support in their mental health journey. Your role is crucial in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to express their struggles and engage in their healing process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent credentials (e.g., LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)).
• Proficient use of technology, with a comfort level in navigating telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• Prior experience providing individual therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.
