Our Client is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years' business law experience focusing on transactional skills to manage and broaden our client service to businesses and businesspeople that go beyond our litigation offerings.- Any mix of M&A Experience, Employment law and/or Contract negotiation experience.
Duties will include advice work; contract structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating; and, general risk management.
Candidates must be able to manage a wide variety of clients and business transactions in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mind-set. Candidate should be ready and excited to grow a practice and provide top-notch client service.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Must also enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters thrive.
