Join the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein as a Remote Part-Time Immigration Attorney and help guide prospective clients through the complex world of immigration law - all from the comfort of your home. โš– About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced immigration attorney to conduct initial consultations with potential clients 2-3 days per week. You'll handle 10-12 brief consultations per day via Zoom or phone, covering a wide range of immigration matters, including:
  • Family-based immigration
  • Employment-based visas
  • Removal defense
  • Non-immigrant visas
  • Investment visas

Your role will involve assessing case viability, recommending legal strategies, quoting fees, and working with our in-house team to convert consultations into new clients. Consultations are scheduled and initiated by our in-house call center team, so you can focus solely on legal assessment and client engagement. What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years practicing immigration law
  • At least 5 years of direct client consultation experience
  • Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. state
  • Confident, compassionate communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Proficient in Zoom/video conferencing and VOIP systems
  • Comfortable working with CRM/case management tools (we use Lali Law CRM)
