Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in the following areas:

  • National Interest Waivers (NIW)
  • PERM Labor Certifications
  • EB-5 Investor Visas
  • E-1 and E-2 Treaty Trader/Investor Visas
  • L-1A and L-1B Intracompany Transferee Visas
  • O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas
  • H-1B Specialty Occupation Visas
  • H-2A and H-2B Temporary Worker Visas
