What does a senior immigration attorney do?

A Senior Immigration Attorney specializes in providing legal advice and representation for clients dealing with immigration matters, such as visas, green cards, citizenship, deportation defense, and asylum applications. They often manage complex cases, supervise junior attorneys or paralegals, and stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies. With their extensive experience, Senior Immigration Attorneys guide clients through legal processes, represent them in court or before government agencies, and develop strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
