A growing law firm in Sacramento, CA is seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join its team.

The firm focuses on immigration law and represents individuals and families in a variety of immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling immigration cases, including client consultations, case strategy, legal document preparation, and representation before immigration courts and agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar license required.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Experience practicing immigration law.

  • Strong knowledge of visas, removal defense, and defensive asylum matters.

  • Experience conducting client consultations and preparing immigration filings.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
