  • Consult with clients to assess their immigration goals, eligibility, and personal narratives.
  • Prepare and draft persuasive legal documents, including declarations, affidavits, and motions, tailored to each client's story.

  • Review and approve case submissions and legal packets.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Licensed Attorney in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, particularly humanitarian relief categories such as VAWA, U-Visas, waivers (I-601/I-212), AOS, and consular processing.
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning and the ability to identify creative eligibility solutions.
  • Demonstrated legal writing and drafting proficiency; skilled at preparing compelling client narratives and arguments.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure thorough case preparation.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, especially when resolving RFEs or cases lacking traditional documentation.
  • Empathy and compassion in working with survivors of abuse and trauma.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, though not required.

Position Details
  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Standard office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Occasional Saturday consults may be required.
