• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients’ mental health statuses, with a focus on their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy that addresses a range of mental health conditions, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, employing evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and periodically assess treatment plans that respect the unique needs of each patient, integrating their background and preferences into the therapeutic process.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from both patients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards, including safeguarding patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including marginalized groups who may face additional barriers to care. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be expected to provide culturally sensitive care that recognizes and respects their unique experiences.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy and associated mental health services.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport with clients and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Advanced clinical skills and a strong foundation in treatment planning and assessment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms for managing patient information effectively.
• Demonstrated understanding of a variety of mental health conditions and psychosocial challenges faced by patients seeking treatment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practice standards.

• Experience working in community health settings or with a similar diverse patient demographic.
• Proficient in utilizing therapeutic techniques specific to solution-focused therapy.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
• Experience with multidisciplinary team collaborations.
