Position Overview

Step Forward Social Work is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our remote Detox Center. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards, including timely updates in our electronic health record system.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
