  • Significant experience supporting venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, business transactions, corporate approvals, and transaction closings
  • Experience with Carta or Pulley highly preferred, or demonstrated knowledge of cap tables and equity management
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively support multiple attorneys in a demanding practice
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred

Benefits
  • Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Seattle office
  • 401(k) program with employer contributions and additional matching opportunities
  • Medical PPO coverage with vision benefits and Delta Dental PPO
  • 19 days of accrued vacation, unlimited tracked sick time and 10 paid holidays
  • Discretionary year-end bonus tied to performance, billable achievement and contributions to significant transactions
