• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, leveraging secure technology for effective virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing continuous support, guidance, and motivation throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to adhere to professional and ethical standards.

In this role, you will engage with a wide-ranging client population, which includes individuals experiencing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from various backgrounds and geographical locations, creating a rich tapestry of experiences and narratives that require empathetic listening and tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion, recognizing the individual challenges clients face while providing a safe space for them to express their feelings.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively coordinate sessions and maintain accurate records while working independently.

Experience in delivering virtual mental health services is preferred, especially familiarity with various digital communication platforms that enhance client interaction. Knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and previous work in community health settings will further enhance your effectiveness in this role. Candidates who have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams or providing trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.

Our competitive annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
