Job Summary:
Prolific is building the biggest pool of quality human data in the world, serving over 35,000 AI developers and organizations. They are seeking Product Designers and UX Specialists to help train and evaluate AI models using real design expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs: assess AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
• Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Fact-Check UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles (e.g., Fitts's Law, Gestalt principles).
• Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
• Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems in a professional environment.
