About the Opportunity
Join an initiative focused on building scalable automation and customer-facing capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and integrations across CSM and ITSM, leveraging modern features including AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable solutions across ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer to reduce manual effort.
  • Develop customer portals and self-service capabilities to elevate user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with internal/external systems via Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement and maintain bi-directional data synchronization with partner systems.
  • Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation and insights.
  • Create and maintain service catalog items with automated fulfillment workflows.
  • Design notification and alerting mechanisms to improve communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code; develop and execute test cases; document solutions.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and apply enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
  • 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with CSM and ITSM.
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
  • Integration Hub and API development (REST/SOAP, JSON).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow products such as ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Security Operations, and IRM.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or higher).
  • Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation.
  • Experience building bi-directional system integrations at scale.
