Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine Solutions, Fedwire Funds and Securities, the National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash1, FedACH, Check Services, and the FedNow Service. FRFS operates as a fully integrated organization with groups dedicated to customer experience, operations, technology, product and customer/industry management, enterprise services, payments system improvement, and one focused on the ongoing growth and development of the FedNow instant payment service. The Senior National Relationship Manager serves as a strategic advisor for the Federal Reserve Financial Services' largest and most complex customer organizations. This role leads high impact customer engagement, provides informed guidance to executive level stakeholders, and ensures alignment between customer priorities and FRFS strategic goals.
This position is considered expert level and performs unique work of high complexity that has broad impact on the organization. The incumbent works independently with minimal supervision. This position has no direct reports and may assign work, provide direction, or act as a mentor to junior staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expert demonstration of building andmaintainingstrong relationships with complex customer organizations, engaging stakeholders across all relevant business lines.
  • Develops solutions to complex business scenarios, presents ideas to customers, and overcomes difficult objections and issues raised by customers.
  • Demonstrated performance in managing criticalcustomer or FRFS disruptions.
  • Demonstrated performance in ensuring FRFSSystem priorityobjectivesare managed and escalated appropriately acrossportfolio of accounts.
  • Acts as a leader within the team, offering consultation and support to junior/new members of the team.
  • Drives portfolio performanceandsupports product and service evolution through customer intelligenceandfacilitatescrossfunctional collaboration across Treasury product, operations, technology, and risk teams.
  • Establishes customer intelligence,identifiesatrisk business, and communicates critical updates for reporting and dashboards.
  • Advises executivelevel leaders by preparing relevant customer insights andinitiatingseniorlevel engagementswhenappropriate.
  • Monitors portfolio revenue, volume, and variances, developing proposals that align customer opportunities with FRFSvalueaddedservices.
  • Leads development of service proposals and oversee the initiation of service for new customers and support for non-routine customer problems.

Your Background

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $159,800 and $189,000 annually in addition to annual performance-based discretionary bonuses.
