Department Description
As a specialized function of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team strategically identifies, attracts, and hires highly qualified professionals to meet long-term organizational staffing goals.
Role Description
Alliance is seeking a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 intern to join the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn and develop skills in recruitment and HR processes. This role supports core HR functions, including recruiting coordination, document management, and career fair logistics. The intern will work remotely and must reside in North Carolina. Compliance training in Morrisville is required prior to the start date.
While there is no expectation of coming into the office routinely, the selected candidate must reside in NC and be available to report onsite to the Alliance Home Office (Morrisville, North Carolina) for business meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Must be currently enrolled in a local college or university and majoring in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's (sophomore-senior) or master's degree in human resources preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Students must receive academic credit for this internship through their enrollment in a qualifying program.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an academic program that grants course credit for the internship.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies is preferred.
