Position Summary

The Labor Analyst, Workforce Labor Analytics supports the Workforce Management and Business Analytics functions by delivering actionable labor insights, reporting, forecasting support, and operational analytics that drive productivity, labor optimization, and workforce performance.

This role serves as a key analytical resource responsible for developing reports and dashboards, maintaining labor and workforce data integrity, supporting forecasting and planning activities, and providing analytical support for workforce management initiatives. The analyst partners closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology, and Field Leadership to identify trends, improve labor efficiency, support decision-making, and ensure accurate workforce planning processes.

The position combines advanced business analytics responsibilities with hands-on workforce management support, helping bridge operational execution and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions supporting labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics.
  • Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics tools.
  • Labor Forecasting & Workforce Planning
  • Support labor forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes using historical performance, business drivers, and operational demand.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, labor productivity, and key workforce performance metrics, identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
  • Workforce Management Systems & Operational Support
  • Support workforce management system administration, including data loads, organizational updates, testing, and approved configuration changes.
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure reliable operation of interfaces, integrations, and scheduled processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve analytics capabilities, and enhance workforce planning processes.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to labor optimization, workforce management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HR Systems or related field.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong SQL skills required.
    • Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as Snowflake. Databricks etc.
    • Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar
