• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting community and shared learning among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring all clients have safety plans in place during their treatment.
• Document client progress and treatment plans promptly and accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Our clinic serves individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. You will work with clients of all ages, including adolescents and adults in crisis, making it crucial to adapt your therapeutic approach to a varied clientele.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this role.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is highly beneficial and will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• A background in trauma-informed care is a plus, enabling you to work sensitively with clients who have experienced significant distress.
