Job description

Holistic Nutrition Coach
Berman Health Club - Naples, FL
This is NOT your typical holistic coach job.
If you're looking to count calories, hand out generic meal plans, and bill insurance...
This is not for you.
But if you're the type of clinician who believes:
  • Gut health is the foundation of everything
  • Brain fog, low energy, and poor sleep are solvable problems
  • Blood work tells a story most providers ignore
  • Supplements, lifestyle, and movement should work together, not in silos

Then keep reading.
Who We Are
Berman Health Club is a premium, out-of-network health and performance facility in Naples, Florida.
We specialize in helping adults (primarily 50+) move better, feel better, and live longer-without relying on medications, surgeries, or cookie-cutter care.
Our model is different:
  • No insurance-driven care
  • No assembly-line medicine
  • No 10-minute appointments

Instead, we deliver a fully integrated approach:
  • Physical training (movement, strength, mobility)
  • Regenerative therapies (EMTT, Shockwave, Stimpod)
  • Longevity & metabolic optimization
  • Nutrition + gut health + functional strategies

Everything works together.
And that's where you come in.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Holistic Coach or Certified Nutritionist who wants to step into a more impactful role.
This is not just counseling.
You'll be a key part of helping our clients:
  • Heal their gut
  • Improve energy and mental clarity
  • Optimize sleep and recovery
  • Reduce inflammation and autoimmune symptoms
  • Understand their blood work on a deeper level
  • Finally connect the dots between nutrition, movement, and longevity

You'll work side-by-side with:
  • Certified Movement Coaches (movement & performance)
  • A Physician Assistant (medical oversight)
  • A team focused on real outcomes-not just recommendations

What You'll Actually Do
  • Conduct in-depth nutrition and lifestyle assessments
  • Review and interpret lab work and biomarkers
  • Build customized, real-world nutrition strategies (not generic meal plans)
  • Recommend and guide targeted supplementation protocols
  • Help clients address:
    • Gut dysfunction
    • Brain fog
    • Energy crashes
    • Poor sleep
    • Inflammation / autoimmune concerns
    • Weight Management
    • Insulin Resistance
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual consultations
  • Collaborate with our team to create fully integrated care plans
  • Follow up with clients to ensure real progress (not just compliance)
  • Educate clients and occasionally present to local groups/community events

Who This Is Perfect For
You're probably a great fit if:
  • You're a Certified Holistic Coach or equivalent
  • You're curious beyond traditional nutrition
  • You're interested in (or already trained in):
    • Functional medicine
    • Gut health
    • Supplementation strategies
    • Root-cause approaches
  • You enjoy actually solving problems, not just managing symptoms
  • You want to be part of a team that thinks differently
  • You're energized by working with motivated clients (not insurance-driven volume)

What Makes This Role Different
  • You'll have time to think and actually help people
  • You'll work in a cash-based, premium environment
  • You'll be part of a true multidisciplinary team
  • You'll see real transformations, not just incremental changes
  • You won't be stuck inside rigid protocols-you'll help create them

Requirements (The Basics)
  • Certified Holistic Coach or eligible
  • Florida certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients

(If you're the right fit culturally and clinically, we care far more about mindset than checkboxes.)
Compensation & Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • $50,000-$75,000 salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Opportunity for growth within a premium, expanding brand

Final Thought
Most healthcare is stuck treating symptoms.
We're building something different.
If you want to be part of a team that is actually changing how people age, move, and live...
This is your opportunity!
