Position Summary

As a PMHNP, you will provide integrated care, conducting psychiatric assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will also incorporate innovative therapies and support patients through social prescribing and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

Conduct evidence-based psychiatric assessments and diagnoses

Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy

Administer TMS and Spravato

Patient Engagement:

Build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families

Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes

Connect patients with resources through social prescribing

Collaboration:

Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and leadership opportunities

Professional Growth:

Stay updated on psychiatric advancements and expand your expertise

Pursue certifications and leadership opportunities to enhance your career

Qualifications

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program

License & Certification: Active Colorado NP license, PMHNP-BC certification, DEA registration

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a psychiatric setting, EHR proficiency (Athena experience preferred)
