Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients both in office settings and the community, providing assessment, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support for individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to team objectives and embracing a collaborative approach to enhance service delivery.
• Respectfully interact with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, honoring their unique traditions and beliefs.
• Uphold the ethical standards and codes of conduct set forth by Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions and related organizational practices.
• Conduct thorough screenings using evidence-based tools, with the ability to arrange for more comprehensive assessments as necessary.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to a network of linked services and effective communication between clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Provide a comprehensive array of focused prevention strategies and recovery services tailored to the individual client needs.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts whenever necessary, demonstrating sound judgement and professional care.
• Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring treatment is aligned with client-focused goals and requests.
• Complete necessary reports and submit data in a timely manner to track client progress and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on a diverse range of clients, including individuals with significant mental health challenges and emotional disorders who may also be facing social determinants of health. Your work will directly contribute to the well-being of at-risk populations, providing essential therapeutic support and resources that empower them toward recovery and better health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare or community setting.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, displaying a genuine interest in their well-being.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and a sound understanding of mental health issues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox centers or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and community resources.
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
