Holistic Mind Wellness Center is actively looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative psychotherapy practice. Our practice offers various services designed to address client needs holistically. This role allows for an entirely remote work setting, promoting flexibility and work-life balance. Our therapists can decide their caseload, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. With a robust telehealth platform, all client interactions will occur online, facilitating comprehensive care without the geographical limitations of traditional therapy settings. Our administrative team manages scheduling and paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on your therapeutic practice.

As an LMFT, you will undertake numerous responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional mental health services. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals and families, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs.
• Providing therapy services that may encompass crisis interventions, couples therapy, brief psychotherapy, and group therapy interventions for various mental health issues.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and evaluate complex cases, including risk assessments and treatment modifications.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Participating in clinical meetings to discuss treatment strategies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals, couples, families, and groups managing mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex co-occurring disorders. As part of a dedicated team, your focus will be on creating therapeutic relationships that drive positive outcomes and empower clients on their paths to wellness.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a professional setting.
• Experience and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

• Previous work in community health or integrated care settings.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Participation in quality assurance and program development initiatives within clinical practice.

Holistic Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
