Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care, contributing to the development of comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring all records are current and accurately reflect treatment progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
