The Holistic Mind Wellness Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team of mental health professionals in a fulfilling full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, facilitating a flexible work schedule tailored to meet the needs of our team members and clients. Our therapists report enjoying the autonomy of selecting their weekly caseloads, which typically range from 10 to 30 billable hours. All client interactions are conducted via telehealth, enhancing accessibility and convenience while allowing staff collaboration for group sessions.

Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT with Holistic Mind Wellness Center, you will:

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatment through diagnostic evaluations and short-term psychotherapy, customization of treatment plans, and corresponding case management services.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide therapy sessions effectively, with a particular focus on evidence-based practices.
• Play an active role in Intensive Outpatient Programs by providing specialized therapy that addresses complex mental health needs.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations while adhering to the latest DSM standards, determining appropriate treatments based on clinical assessment.
• Incorporate various techniques such as crisis intervention, family therapy, couples counseling, and stress management into your therapy sessions to address diverse client concerns.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, sharing expertise to enhance evaluation processes, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Manage therapy documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations while communicating vital information with relevant parties, including family members and outside agencies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in clinical meetings and contributing to departmental quality management initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals, couples, and families struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Therapists will focus on creating a supportive therapeutic environment that empowers clients to address their concerns and achieve mental wellness. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid LMFT license, or Psy.D, to practice in the state of New York.
• A master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
• Experience using telehealth technology and electronic health records, ensuring seamless service delivery and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates may also have:

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or telehealth.
• Experience working within a community health setting.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare models and community resource navigation.

Compensation and Benefits

Holistic Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
