Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain comprehensive information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, clarifying specific goals and interventions tailored to meet each client's needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, providing education and resources to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at Holistic View Counseling P.C., you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
