• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate documentation in a minimal paperwork environment, allowing you to focus more on patient care and less on administration.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently with no supervision required, showcasing your expertise and confidence in your counseling skills.
• A clean disciplinary record, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Proficient interpersonal skills and sound computer literacy to navigate digital platforms effectively.
