• Conduct thorough initial assessments and remote therapy sessions with clients using TMF's online platform.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of client needs and mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to foster positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow mental health professionals to provide an integrated care approach for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and employ evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

You will work primarily with a diverse client demographic seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to open up about their challenges, thereby aiding in their healing journey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Preference may be given to candidates with advanced degrees.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD).
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, ideally in a remote setting, is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and online therapy platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust.

• Prior experience in a telehealth role is advantageous, particularly familiarity with online therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working with a variety of client populations and mental health conditions.
