As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Consciousness Integration Service, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly, ensuring an effective therapeutic alliance.
• A commitment to providing inclusive and affirming care for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
