• Conduct regular assessments of individual patients to determine their mental health status and develop tailored therapy approaches.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on evidence-based practices that meet each client's unique needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing techniques suited to diverse patient backgrounds.
• Maintain ongoing communication with interdisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists and care coordinators, to ensure well-rounded patient care.
• Provide educational training related to clinical services for both colleagues and clients to promote awareness of mental health resources.
• Document and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate effective care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment methodologies, integrating new approaches as appropriate.

You will engage with a varied client base experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral issues. • A relevant master’s degree from an accredited program in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field.
• A current and valid state-issued license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R).
• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid history of successful patient engagement and treatment planning.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a focus on cultural competence in therapy practices.
• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities to navigate challenging client situations while maintaining a calm and supportive presence.
• Strong proficiencies with electronic health record systems and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and the unique dynamics involved in providing care remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients, ensuring a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
