• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and readiness for change.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that not only address the specific challenges of addiction but also any underlying mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote recovery, resilience, and accountability, fostering a supportive community among clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and continuous care, regularly discussing treatment objectives and progress during team meetings.
• Educate clients' families on addiction issues and engage them in the recovery process, helping to create a support network for the client.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Your primary focus will be individuals dealing with substance use disorders and the co-occurring mental health issues that commonly accompany them. You will engage with a diverse group of clients, each with unique backgrounds and recovery needs, tailoring your approach to meet their specific circumstances and motivation levels.

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A relevant Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling, demonstrating familiarity with various recovery models.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to motivate clients and promote change.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships with both clients and team members.

• Previous experience working in a remote healthcare setting, particularly in teletherapy, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience integrating specialized treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
