Family Relationship Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. You will have the tools and resources needed to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations online. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage their mental health.
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments for improved patient outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging trends in mental health treatment, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold ethical standards and professionally maintain all patient interactions and documentation.

The Family Relationship Counseling Center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in conducting remote assessments and therapy sessions.
• Previous work within community health clinics or similar settings is a plus.
