About this role

We are hiring Remote Financial Sales Consultants. In this role, you will help families find the right financial protection coverage for their needs — working entirely by phone and Zoom from your home.

What the day-to-day looks like
  • Contact warm inbound leads — people who have already requested information about financial protection for their families
  • Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or Zoom to identify the right coverage options
  • Present and explain policy options from our network of 60+ carriers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and track your daily activity
  • Attend weekly virtual training and team meetings
  • Work toward leadership and the ability to build and manage your own team
Compensation
  • $800 to $1,200 commission per closed sale
  • Part-time agents (20 hrs/week) typically earn $50,000 to $80,000 in year one with consistent activity
  • Full-time agents typically earn $80,000 to $120,000 once established; top performers earn significantly more
