Job description

LGS Insurance Services has a career opportunity available for an experienced and licensed Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager. Must be licensed in CA however will also be supporting multiple states such as Utah and Nevada.

If you are a positive, motivated, detail-oriented, organized, team player and problem-solving individual who enjoys providing amazing customer service to clients, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The optimal Agent candidate will be highly proficient with insurance office automation programs such as Client Circle, Agency Zoom, Glovebox and AMS 360. In addition have the ability to excel in a fast-paced, forward-thinking work environment.

This full-time position will require quoting, write and service all lines of personal insurance. Pay based upon experience, benefits, incentives, bonus opportunities and we have a generous 401K employer contribution. A minimum of two years of direct personal lines insurance experience is required.

We represent a majority of the national and regional independent insurance companies, so experience with Travelers, Chubb, Safeco, Nationwide, Mercury, Stillwater, Kemper, Hartford, Encompass, Progressive among other insurance companies is a plus. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance account management (experience with high-net-worth clientele a plus).

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

• Highly proficient in insurance office automation programs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Professional, positive attitude with a client-first mindset.

• Ability to work remotely or local in Los Gatos, St George, Las Vegas.
