• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders effectively, utilizing a range of assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, ensuring that you account for their unique circumstances.
• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices that promote healing and growth.
• Regularly track and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their mental health and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as necessary to provide comprehensive care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Psych Blossom, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the unique challenges faced by couples and families, promoting healthier communication patterns, and facilitating conflict resolution. • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon is required.
