Job description

Job Placement Program

Hello candidate, my name is Tanya Tyagi. I am a job placement program recruiter at SynergisticIT. I came across your profile in our resume database and noticed that you are actively searching for job opportunities. We at SynergisticIT offer a job placement program (JPP) (this is not an offer for a job). We prepare you for tech skills, projects, certifications, interview prep, coding assessments and then push you to clients and schedule interviews and help you get hired at tech clients.

Our candidates get job offers ranging from $85k-$150k post successful completion of our program. This program has an upfront fee which is comparable to most bootcamps however we get people job offers.

Almost 30% of candidates who join us have done bootcamps and 99% have BS and MS degrees. They join us as most degrees/bootcamps don't help with job placement. That's the reason our program is not labeled as data analytics or Java bootcamp. It's labeled as a job placement program.

Our program spans multiple IT domains, including Java, full-stack development, data science, machine learning, AWS, Azure, DevOps and AI roles, offered through specialized tracks:

Data Science/Data Analyst/AI/ML/AWS Track: Ideal for candidates without extensive programming experience.

Java/Full Stack Track/Devops/AWS: Suitable for candidates proficient in C++, Java, or C#.

Who is JPP for? Our program may be suitable for you if you fall into one of these categories:

  • You are in the job market for more than 3 months with not many interviews.
  • You have a career gap and your skills might have become redundant.
  • You are being ghosted by clients after interviews.
  • You are getting no responses to your hundreds of applications.
  • You want to transition to another tech career.
  • Jobseekers who keep failing interviews.
  • Visa holders who want to maintain their work status like F1 OPT and file STEM/H1B.

The program requires an investment for the program. (Please see point 12 in the link)

7 benefits of our program:

Job Oriented: We provide you the skills, technologies, interview preparation and marketing support to meet tech client requirements. Search for jobs and see if you fulfill criterion for the tech skills required for the jobs if you don't then this program is for you. Our candidates get full-time W2 roles with an average salary of $85,000 and salaries ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 per year. Alumni from our program are working at companies like eBay, Client, Wells Fargo, Google, Apple, PayPal, Cisco Systems, Client, bank, Client, SAP, GAP, Telecommunication, Intuit, Ford, Walmart Labs, Hitachi, Western Union to name a few clients.

Remote Program: No relocation is required for the program and can be done remotely. Your skill enhancement, interview preparation and job placement all can be done remotely. Also, you choose your location of job. Highest return on investment (ROI): Our program has the highest ROI amongst any program and also US colleges and universities. Candidates without programming experience can also do the program. US citizens, GC, H4 EAD, OPT EAD, L2EAD and all visas are eligible.

Real resume/real tech skills/real results: We provide deep hands-on tech skills not theoretical knowledge like colleges. Job seekers with career gaps or non-USA experience can also benefit from this program. Also, no cooked-up or fake resumes.

Live sessions/small batches: All our sessions are live which leads to a faster pace of learning due to the high level of interactivity, asking questions and clarifying doubts in real time. Also due to small batch sizes the quality of the learning is on a higher level.

Tech industry feedback: Our interaction for the past 14 years with the tech industry, our thousands of candidates placed and our attending tech industry events give us a competitive edge by incorporating the latest tech industry requirements into our program.

Great for recent grads or about to graduate jobseekers: Fresh grads or about to graduate jobseekers can have an edge over other job seekers by completing the program while in school to avoid lead time or waste time after graduating and secure a tech job as soon as they graduate. We also assist in stopping unemployment days for F1 OPT students in their 1st year of OPT and also STEM extension and H1B filing by helping get fulltime job offers with tech companies.

Once you reply to my email, we can discuss more in detail about the program, answer any questions which you might have and ascertain whether your candidature is a right fit for our program.

This is a job placement program which has a fee attached to it. (This is not an offer for a job) For the past 15 years we have helped 1000's of candidates achieve their tech careers let us help you achieve yours.

I look forward to your email response. Getting too many emails from us and don't want to receive any emails? Please reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.
