This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a flexible work routine that accommodates your personal life. Our counselors operate in a supportive virtual environment tailored for effective telehealth practices, utilizing advanced technology to connect with clients and team members alike. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule during typical business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of on-call work.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based clinical approaches tailored to each client's needs.
• Work collaboratively with an integrated treatment team, ensuring that all care components are cohesive and client-centered.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, empowering them to participate actively in the recovery journey.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

The clients you will serve have been pre-screened, ensuring that they are stable and presenting with low acuity challenges. Your focus will be primarily on adolescents and young adults, allowing you to apply your expertise in a demographic that can significantly benefit from mental health support during pivotal developmental stages. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for these individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without stigma.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.
• Proven track record of providing telehealth therapy.
• Advanced computer proficiency with tools such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate treatment plans and client needs.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining confidentiality and respect in all interactions.

• A minimum of 2-3 years providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience working specifically with adolescent and young adult populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and the ability to engage clients in a virtual setting with warmth and empathy.
• Comfortable creating a distraction-free home office environment, equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
