Job description

Customer Service Representative

This position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (NOT a remote position). MicahTek is located at 8215 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK 74011.

Customer Service Representative dedicated to work with a specific media company that publishes Christian education resources including Bible studies, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School curriculum, books, movies, and websites designed for churches and individuals seeking a Christ-centered perspective on faith and life issues.

The primary responsibility will be to assist callers in resolving their customer service issues. May process both inbound and outbound calls for the client.

Work Schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Must have excellent phone manners and strong attention to detail skills. Must be self-managed and dependable with an excellent attendance record. Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
