About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong Aerospace & Defense and Manufacturing expertise to join our growing consulting team.

In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with customers to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, improve business processes, and support ERP and CRM implementations. While SAP experience is preferred, candidates with deep Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense domain expertise are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Configure and support the Twenty5 platform.
  • Support ERP and CRM implementations, configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver successful client solutions.
  • Support integrations, reporting, and data mapping.
  • Write SQL queries and scripts as needed.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of Functional Consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes.
  • SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience with business process mapping and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
