The Role

As a Data Management professional at Kyndryl, you'll be involved in creating innovative solutions that bring data to life. You'll oversee database performance, constantly monitoring and optimizing to ensure high efficiency, reliability, and security. By developing and enforcing best practices around data management, you'll safeguard the integrity of critical information while ensuring it remains secure.In addition to the technical challenges, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in database-related projects and initiatives. We are looking for Senior SAP Functional Consultants to join an AMS (Application Management Services) engagement supporting a key client. This role is customer-facing, focused on functional support, continuous improvement, and business process optimization within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • More than 3 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant in AMS or support models.
  • Strong functional experience in at least one of the following SAP modules: FI (Finance / Accounting)/ MM (Materials Management / Procurement)/ SD (Sales & Distribution), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience in AMS / Application Management Services delivery models
  • Prior exposure to CPG, Retail, or Logistics-intensive environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing)
  • Experience resolving functional incidents, managing tickets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of cross-module integration (FI–MM, SD–EWM)
  • Ability to document functional solutions, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
  • Experience working as third-level functional support, receiving escalations from L1/L2 teams
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Advanced English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and SLA-driven environments

SAP Certifications (Desirable)
