Role Overview

As an D365 Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of D365 ERP projects and managed services engagements. Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, track project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Day-to-Day You Will

  • Support the ERP D365 Evolution team in delivering ongoing value and continuous improvement for client engagements.
  • Assist with project planning, estimating, scheduling, and activity coordination.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
  • Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Support project governance and delivery management processes.
  • Track project financials, including work orders, invoicing support, and budget monitoring.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.
  • Assist with change management and change enablement activities.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and delivery artifacts.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior delivery team members as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project coordination, project administration, or delivery support roles.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or related Business Applications projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, financial tracking, risk logs, issue logs, and status reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with offshore and distributed delivery models.
  • Exposure to project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience supporting managed services or post-implementation ERP engagements.
  • Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus, including:
