Working within the supply chain research team, ABI Research is looking for an analyst to expand our coverage of freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management software. In this role, you will explore market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and provide valuable insights to leading global technology suppliers. We are looking for intellectually curious and detail-oriented candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Author syndicated research reports, market forecasts, and articles covering supply chain technologies and adjacent markets.
  • Work on custom research and consulting projects, providing leadership on approach and methodology.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with key industry players at research and commercial levels.
  • Represent ABI Research as a key industry expert in supply chain technologies and markets.
  • Provide existing clients with strategic advice and insights into supply chain market trends.
  • Help to develop the supply chain services, providing guidance and input based on clients needs and industry trends.
  • Maintain a high industry profile by participating in industry events, delivering webinars, interacting with the press, and being active on social media (e.g., LinkedIn and Twitter).
  • Support sales and business development by preparing customer-specific analyses and participating in key meetings with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Support and share expertise with other team members, including the marketing team and other ABI Research analysts.
