EVM Analyst / Scheduler
Active Secret Clearance
This can be remote or partly onsite at several locations throughout the country
Prepare, review and present financial documentation and reports for the program as well as the customer.
Ability to establish and control work scope, budget, and schedule to support development of thebaseline and IMS
Use MS Excel to run, analyze and review daily, weekly and monthly reports and/or other financial reports and documents and provide analysis of the data.
Perform a variety of administrative and analytical duties supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the task order.
Use MS Excel to analyze, maintain and reconcilefinancial records, cost accounting, charging and funding issues.
Experience with the use of data supporting internal reviews, supporting and suggesting corrective action plans and reconciliation efforts.
Maintenance of all program documentation.
Prepare documentation in compliance with the EVMS as well assupport the requirements.
Work closely with task order Managers to ensure compliance
Perform scheduling activities as required.
Education and experience
HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 4 years of general experience; Master's degree and 2 years of general experience
  • 5 years of directly related experience with financials and/or Earned Value Management
  • Must have experience and be proficient with MS Excel and MS Office
  • Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
  • DCAA / DCMA experience
  • Have experience with cost analysis or business/data analytics
