Sr. SAP S/4 - SAP FICO with SCM & PMMO- functional Consultant - 100% Remote
We are seeking an experienced Principal level SAP FICO Functional Consultant to support a critical SAP finance initiative within a highly regulated DOD/A & D environment. This role will partner with finance and IT teams to deliver configuration, enhancements, specializing in SCM & PMMO implementation and support across core financial processes.
For this REQ we can only accept US CIT for DoD!!
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP FICO configuration, enhancement, and support activities
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirements
  • Configure and support:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
    • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Support financial close processes (month-end/year-end)
  • Develop functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects
  • Ensure integration with PMMO, PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and user support
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience
  • Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
  • At least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Compliance & Eligibility Requirements (Critical)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Experience working in ITAR-controlled environments
  • Ability to comply with export control regulations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
  • Exposure to defense, aerospace, or regulated industries
  • Experience with financial reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, BW)
  • Background supporting audit or compliance-driven environments
