The Fraud Risk Agent must analyze transactions while taking into consideration hundreds of data points to effectively decide whether the transaction is legitimate or fraudulent. The Fraud Risk Agent must balance efficiency, accuracy and customer expectations (SLAs).

They must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. They must also be extremely strong in the art of fraud detection, recognizing both new and existing fraud trends, and communicating any previously unrecognized fraud trends to the Strategy Team. The Fraud Risk Agent will play a significant role in ensuring customer expectations while controlling risk associated with fraud losses.</span></span></span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
