Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility, ideally in nonprofit or fund accounting
  • Advanced user of Excel and demonstrated experience with accounting/ERP systems (preference for Blackbaud Financial Edge)
  • Track record of process improvement, budgeting, and audit readiness in a mission-oriented organization
