  • Assist with variance analysis.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, analyses, and reporting packages.

  • Prepare general ledger journal entries and complete monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Process payroll for assigned facilities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Partner with facility leadership by providing financial guidance and serving as the primary accounting contact.

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies.

  • Maintain strong communication with assigned facilities and corporate departments.
